We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — that's our promise.

Every Known Pack item is printed to order just for you, so we hold our print quality to a high standard. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll replace it free of charge — no need to send anything back. Just email hello@knownpack.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll take care of it right away.

Returns & Exchanges
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a return or exchange. To be eligible, items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Because each piece is made to order, we ask that you double-check size and color before ordering — our size chart is on every product page.

How to start a return or exchange
Email hello@knownpack.com with your order number and the reason. We'll send you simple instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange.

A few notes
- Sale and clearance items are final sale.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Refunds post to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
