Cancellations & Order Changes

Because every Known Pack item is printed to order just for you, production can begin quickly after you order — so please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Need to change or cancel?
Email hello@knownpack.com (or info@knownpack.com) with your order number as soon as you can. If your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll happily change the size, color, or address — or cancel it for a full refund.

Once an item has entered production
Since it's already being made just for you, we may not be able to cancel or change it at that point. If that's the case, we'll still do everything we reasonably can to help, and our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee always covers you if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We don't offer subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy at this time, so there's nothing to auto-renew or manage — every order is a one-time purchase.
