Cancellations & Order Changes

Because every Known Pack item is made to order just for you, production can begin quickly after you order — so please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Need to change or cancel?
Email hello@knownpack.com with your order number as soon as you can. If your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll happily change the size, color, or address — or cancel it for a full refund.

Once an item has entered production
Since it's already being made just for you, we may not be able to cancel or change it at that point. If that's the case, we'll still do everything we reasonably can to help. And you're always covered by our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee: we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in original condition, and we'll always make it right if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We don't offer subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy at this time, so there's nothing to auto-renew or manage — every order is a one-time purchase.
