Because every Known Pack item is made to order just for you, production can begin quickly after you order — so please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Need to change or cancel? Email hello@knownpack.com with your order number as soon as you can. If your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll happily change the size, color, or address — or cancel it for a full refund.
Once an item has entered production Since it's already being made just for you, we may not be able to cancel or change it at that point. If that's the case, we'll still do everything we reasonably can to help. And you're always covered by our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee: we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in original condition, and we'll always make it right if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. (See our Refund Policy for full details.)
We don't offer subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy at this time, so there's nothing to auto-renew or manage — every order is a one-time purchase.

My daughter received the shirt the other day (I had ordered it for her as a surprise). She loved the color and she loved the texture. (she also loves butterflies). Said it was so soft

Love the shirt!, so summery, size is perfect, I got a leg because I like it a little roomy, have worn and washed and it's even softer.. would recommend and buy again through this company
