The Known Pack was built for the people who'd rather be outside — on a trail, around a campfire, somewhere in the wild. The places that inspire everything we make are the same places we're committed to protecting.
Ten Percent of Every Order
We set aside 10% of every order — not of profit, of orders — for trail and conservation work here in Colorado. It comes off the top, whether it was a good month or a quiet one.
We're a small shop, and we'd rather be straight with you about what that means right now. We've made our first contributions to trail work, and as orders add up we're building toward larger, ongoing commitments to the organizations doing the real labor: the volunteer crews who rebuild washed-out switchbacks, the groups restoring wildflower meadows, the people keeping open space open.
Why It Matters to Us
We don't just explore the wild — we want to protect it. Trails wear down. Wildflower meadows need tending. Open spaces need defending. Supporting the crews who do that work helps keep these places thriving for everyone who comes after us.
Every design we draw comes from somewhere real: a columbine on a ridge, a monarch crossing a meadow, a hummingbird at a trumpet vine. It would be strange to make a living from those places and give nothing back to them.
What's Next
As our giving grows, we'll name the organizations we're supporting and share what the contributions went toward. We'd rather tell you about it once it's meaningful than make a claim we can't stand behind.
