Shipping & Delivery Details

Thank you for shopping with The Known Pack! We're a small team based in Colorado, and we handle every order with care.

U.S. shipping is always free - on every order, no minimum. We prepare orders within 2–5 business days, and once shipped, standard U.S. delivery takes 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your package is on the way. Enter your address at checkout and your free shipping will be applied automatically.

If your order has multiple items, they may ship separately (you'll get tracking for each) — no extra charge.
