Once your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a “Track Your Order” button. Just tap that button to see your package's live status and estimated delivery date — no account needed.
A few tips:
Check the inbox for the email address you used at checkout.
If you don't see it, please look in your spam or promotions folder — shipping emails sometimes land there.
Your tracking number is also in that email, so you can look it up directly with the carrier if you prefer.
A Quick Note on Timing
Every piece is made to order just for you, so most items are produced within 2–5 business days, then ship out. Standard U.S. shipping usually takes about 5–7 business days after that, depending on where you are. Tracking can take a day or two to begin updating once a label is created — that's normal, and your package is on its way.
