Thanks for shopping with The Known Pack. We're a small, independent shop based in Littleton, Colorado, and every order is handled with care.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum purchase. There is nothing to spend up to and no code to enter.

How Long It Takes

Every piece is made to order, so there are two stages to the wait:

Production: 2–5 business days
Transit: 3–7 business days after your order ships

Most orders arrive within roughly one to two weeks of being placed. Delivery time depends on your location and which print facility produces your order. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on the way.

Multiple Items

If your order contains several items, they may ship separately depending on product type and production location. You'll receive tracking for each shipment, and there is never an extra charge for this.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and would like to order, email us and we'll see what we can do.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package hasn't arrived, please check with your carrier, neighbors, or building mailroom first. If it appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll help sort it out.

Born Near the Foothills of the Rockies

Born near the foothills of the Rockies in Highlands Ranch, The Known Pack started with a simple belief: gear should do more than just look good. It should tell a story.

It should remind you of a wildflower meadow in full bloom. A cold morning at the trailhead. The sound of wind through the pines. A fresh start off the grid.

We wanted to create premium, broken-in apparel that feels like an old favorite from the very first wear — pieces that make you want to pack the car, roll the windows down, and see where the dirt road ends.
