At The Known Pack, each item is made with care, and we want you to feel happy with your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. To start, email us at hello@knownpack.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your return is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we'll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders may go into production quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after an order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an issue with your order.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, or building/mailroom. If the package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will help review the situation.

Final Sale Items

Clearance and promotional items may be final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Born near the foothills of the Rockies in Highlands Ranch, The Known Pack started with a simple belief: gear should do more than just look good. It should tell a story.
