Because our apparel is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, or choosing the wrong color. Please review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because orders may go into production quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after an order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an issue with your order.
Sizing Issues
We are not able to refund or exchange items due to sizing preferences. Please check the size chart before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, or building/mailroom. If the package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will help review the situation.
Final Sale Items
Discounted, promotional, seasonal, or clearance items may be final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
