The Known Pack sells feel-good apparel, pet-inspired designs, positive lifestyle tees, sweatshirts, and giftable products.

Many of our products are printed on demand by our production partner and shipped directly to you. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings, lighting, garment color, and the garment-dyeing or printing process. Each item may have slight natural variations, especially with Comfort Colors and garment-dyed products.

PRICING

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices, discounts, promotions, or product availability at any time. Prices shown at the time of purchase will be honored for that order.

ORDERS

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, including your name, shipping address, email address, size, color, and product selection.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, though processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or production delays. Shipping times vary by location and carrier.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Because many items are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins.

SHIPPING

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Known Pack is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, weather, customs, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Because many of our products are made to order, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or incorrect color choice unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
