• Do not machine wash or tumble dry — air dry fully before storing.
• Do not iron or apply direct heat to the printed badge.
• Store in a dry place; let it air out after wet or muddy adventures.

Items may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In the same condition as received
• Returned with original labels, tags, or packaging when applicable
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are made to order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selected, or change of mind unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the order and help with a replacement, refund, or other solution when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return or issue has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by our support team.

HOW BIG IS THIS BAG?
It measures 10.75" x 20.75" x 9.5" — roomy enough for an overnight or weekend in the woods, with a spacious zippered main compartment plus a quick-access side pocket. It works as a carry-on for most airlines, but always check your airline's current size limits.

WHAT'S IT MADE OF? IS IT DURABLE?
Yes. It's built from tough 600D fabric (50% recycled polyester) made to handle campsites, gym floors, truck beds, and trailheads. The detachable, adjustable shoulder strap and dual handles give you options for however you carry it.

IS IT WATERPROOF?
It's water-resistant for light rain and splashes, but not fully waterproof — we don't recommend submerging it or leaving it out in a downpour. Wipe it down and air dry after wet trips.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Each bag is made to order. Printing and processing takes 2–5 business days, and standard U.S. transit is another 5–7 business days. Free shipping on orders over $75.
