• Wash inside out with cold water on a gentle cycle.
• Tumble dry on low heat or air dry.
• Use a mild, gentle detergent.
• Do not iron directly over the custom print artwork.
• Note: Upon unboxing, you may notice a slight light square or ring around the design area. This is a completely normal part of the premium printing press process and will completely disappear after its very first wash!

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $45.
• Production Time: Every item is custom-made to order specifically for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for our team to print, pack, and prepare your gear (with slight variations during high-volume holidays).
• Delivery Time: Once your package leaves our facility, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–7 business days.
• Fulfillment: Orders shipped within the USA are fulfilled in the USA whenever possible. International orders may ship from our regional production facilities to ensure the most efficient delivery based on your destination.

Items may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In the same condition as received
• Returned with original labels, tags, or packaging when applicable
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are made to order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selected, or change of mind unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the order and help with a replacement, refund, or other solution when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return or issue has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by our support team.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? IS IT FREE?

Our custom print-on-demand model means your items are fresh off the press just for you. Printing and processing takes 2–5 business days, and standard transit takes another 3–5 business days on average. While we don't offer standard free shipping to keep our core prices fair and transparent, we periodically run special promotions and exclusive shipping deals for our email subscribers!

DO THESE SWEATSHIRTS RUN TRUE TO SIZE?

Yes! Our Comfort Colors crewnecks feature a classic, relaxed unisex fit that our community finds runs completely true to size. If you prefer a tailored fit, stick to your standard size. If you are looking for that ultra-cozy, oversized streetwear aesthetic, we recommend sizing up one full size.

WILL THIS SWEATSHIRT SHRINK IN THE WASH?

Not at all. Comfort Colors garments are fully pre-shrunk during the specialized garment-dyeing process. As long as you stick to our care instructions—washing in cold water and drying on low heat—your sweatshirt will maintain its original fit and shape perfectly.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER IF I SELECTED THE WRONG SIZE?

Because our automated production system begins processing and crafting your custom order almost immediately after checkout, we have a very narrow window to make adjustments. If you realize you made an error, please email us immediately at support@knownpack.com. If production hasn't started on your piece yet, we will gladly update it for you!
