An ornate golden snowflake takes the centre, drawn with deep blue gemstones and pearl-like details. Cream flowers, pink buds, red berries and frosted evergreen branches gather around it, so the whole thing reads like an antique ornament set into a winter bouquet — elegant and a little nostalgic, with the blue and gold standing clear of the pale flowers and the snowy leaves.
The jewels are drawn, not sewn. Every gemstone, pearl and gold highlight is part of the printed illustration — there are no rhinestones, no sequins, no crystals, no glitter and nothing stitched onto this shirt. Nothing to catch, nothing to fall off in the wash.

Snowflake jewellery is older than the Christmas-ornament version of it. The Victorians became obsessed with ice crystals after Wilson Bentley began photographing them through a microscope in the 1880s and proved what nobody had been able to draw convincingly: that each one is six-fold symmetrical and none of them repeat. Jewellers took the plates straight into the workshop, and the snowflake brooch — stones set in a six-armed star, usually with a pearl at the centre — became the winter piece a woman wore to everything. It is the one seasonal motif that never looked like a costume.
The Story Behind It

When the decorations came down, one snowflake stayed. She hung it in the kitchen window while she looked for its box. Then the phone rang, the dog needed out, and January carried on.
One afternoon the sun caught the blue glass and threw small patches of colour across the sink. Her husband stopped drying a plate. “That’s new.” — “It’s been there three weeks.” — “I meant the light.”
The box turned up eventually, behind the wrapping paper. She put it away empty.
Now there is a particular hour on clear winter afternoons when an ordinary kitchen looks briefly extraordinary. They started having their tea a little earlier.

Combed and ring-spun means the short fibres are removed and the rest twisted smooth, which gives a finer surface than standard jersey — and fine surfaces hold fine detail. On gemstone facets and pearl highlights that is the difference between seeing them and not.
Side-seamed for shape, with ribbed cuffs that hold
Athletic Heather is 90% Airlume cotton with 10% polyester; every other color is 100% cotton
Printed direct-to-garment so the ink sits in the weave — no heavy vinyl patch, no rubbery texture, no stitching
Choosing a Color
Natural. The one shown, and our favorite. A warm unbleached cream that runs with the cream flowers and the gold, and keeps the deep blue stones fully visible. The most antique reading of the five.
Forest. Deep evergreen, and the richest botanical pairing. The frosted branches sit into it and the gold snowflake lifts right off it.
Navy. A coordinated backdrop for the blue gems, with the cream flowers and the gold carrying the contrast instead.
White. The brightest winter reading, with the clearest definition around the blue and gold ornament.
Athletic Heather. A soft flecked neutral that echoes the silvery frost on the branches, and the most everyday of the five.
Two honest notes. On Navy the blue gemstones sit in the same family as the shirt, so they read more quietly than they do on Natural or White. And Athletic Heather is a 90/10 cotton-polyester blend rather than pure cotton, which gives it a slightly softer, more muted print than the solid colors.
Forest and Navy make the snowflake a bright thing against a dark ground. Natural and White make it an antique study. Both are right; they are simply different moods. Actual garment color may vary a little from the images — every screen renders color differently.
Sizing
A relaxed, boxy unisex cut that wears a touch oversized, and is made to layer. If you want it closer to the body, size down one.
This long sleeve runs S to 2XL. If you need 3XL or 4XL, our short-sleeve tees carry the full size range.

Care
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. Avoid bleach, high heat, and ironing directly over the artwork.
